/*-->*/ /*-->*/ This center is running the Diploma in Hearing Language & Speech (DHLS) course. It is a regular 1 year course which is recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) New Delhi. The aim of the course is to train human resources in the field of Speech & hearing techniques. The program aims to train a class of individuals and equip them with the basic skills to provide speech-language therapy, organize programs for early identification of individuals with communication disorders, community members on prevention of communication, to educate, conduct basic hearing tests. Morover, it is to advise impaired hearing at village, block / taluka and city levels. They will work under the guidance of a fully trained undergraduate or postgraduate speech and hearing therapists.
